Our philosophy is to deliver a truly authentic, unfiltered and thereby honest guest and client experience. To achieve this, we consistently strive to achieve the highest possible quality. We produce everything ourselves and use exclusively fresh produce, whenever possible from Switzerland. We work with local partners as much as we can. We run our own patisserie where we use top ingredients without any artificial flavors. We get our IP-Suisse grains from the “Grafmühle” in Maisprach. We constantly review our procedures - this is essential for our further development.

Because we produce fresh every day, we are capable to satisfy different dietary needs and requests. We are able to deliver every nutritional form that has been approved by our dietary cooks. Further, our menus are produced following guidelines of healthy eating and we always consider the latest findings of nutritional research. Innovation always plays a big role.
